PM Kisan Yojana Update: Register Now for ₹6000

Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, farmers receive ₹6000 annually in three installments.

To continue receiving payments, farmers must register under the new “Farmer Registry” system, which digitally links land records and crop details with a unique 11-digit ID.

Starting 24 October, registration camps will be held in villages with officials assisting farmers in verification. This registry will also help farmers access other schemes like PM Fasal Bima Yojana, PM Suryaghar Yojana, and Kisan Credit Card.

Weather Update - Rain Expected from October 29

After a brief cold spell earlier this month, temperatures in Haryana have risen again. Minimum temperatures that once hovered around 15°C are now climbing back.

Pollution Alert in Gurugram: Artificial Rain Under Study

After heavy Diwali fireworks, Gurugram’s AQI crossed 400, entering the “severe” category. Authorities have implemented Stage 2 of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) — banning coal in hotels, restricting diesel generators, and ordering closure of polluting industries.

To combat toxic air, the city plans to deploy 10 anti-smog guns and explore artificial rainfall options to clear pollutants.

Manisha Death Mystery: CBI Points to Murder

In the Bhiwani lady teacher Manisha’s death case, new evidence suggests she was murdered, not suicidal.

Manisha’s father, Sanjay Kumar, claims that CBI officers informed him of forensic proof from AIIMS Delhi, confirming murder. However, CBI has not made any official statement yet.

The case dates back to August 2025, when Manisha (19) was found dead in a field after going missing. The investigation now points toward possible political interference, with CBI focusing on the nursing college circle.

Women Safety: Haryana Commission Issues New Orders

The Haryana Women Commission has mandated that all gyms must employ at least one female trainer.

Chairperson Renu Bhatia stated during a Panchkula press conference that non-compliance will lead to legal action.

The move follows rising incidents of harassment in gyms and cabs. The commission will also launch driving training programs for women to ensure safer commuting options.
