Pollution Increase on Diwali

The air quality in Haryana deteriorated sharply after Diwali night, crossing 300 µg/m³ in several districts. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) implemented Stage Two restrictions under GRAP.

Only CNG, electric, and BS6 diesel buses are allowed entry into Delhi from Haryana. Districts like Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal, Nuh, Sonipat, Rohtak, and Panipat remain under strict pollution watch.

PM Modi Visit Haryana
